01 What does an implementation actually cost?
Most projects land between €5k and €25k depending on complexity, number of Hubs, and how much we need to integrate. You get a fixed-price proposal after the fit-check, no hourly billing, no scope creep, no surprises. If you need something smaller than that, we'll tell you honestly and point you somewhere else.
02 How long does it really take?
From Blueprint kickoff to go-live: usually 5 to 8 weeks. Then 30 days of hands-on hypercare on top. Bigger portals with heavy data migration or custom integrations can push closer to 10 weeks. We'll be honest about the timeline before you commit.
03 We already have HubSpot and it's a mess. Can you fix it?
That's our most common starting point. During the Blueprint we decide with you: rebuild clean, or repair in place. Sometimes a clean rebuild is actually faster and cheaper than untangling five years of duplicate workflows. We'll tell you which one makes sense for your situation.
04 Which HubSpot Hubs do we actually need?
Usually fewer than the sales rep told you. Most clients need Sales Hub Professional, sometimes Marketing Hub, rarely both at the highest tiers. We map your real use case in the Blueprint and tell you if you can downgrade and save thousands a year on licensing.
