Our approach

4-day audit found the root cause: organic growth without structure. We designed a clean architecture — simplified deal stages, standardized 8 critical fields, deal hygiene automations, lead source tracking, Fit Score system. Then rebuilt the portal, migrated clean data, built four role-based dashboards.
